Biblical Cycle
The texts of the Bible, the Revelation of St. John, the Divine, this metaphysical adventure of the human spirit through the Time, have let me to create big – also in terms of dimension – works. The mystically suggestive atmosphere, the possibility offered of interpreting hidden meanings through pictures, was too alluring a challenge for me to ignore.
A symbolist, par excellence, I believe that texts and oracles, such as those in the Bible, afford the opportunity to create dynamic compositions and works that endure.
